Baack joined Equinix in 2012 as CMO and was in March 2019 promoted to the role of Chief Product Officer.
She brought to Equinix more than 20 years of strategic corporate experience, joining the company from Level 3 Communications, Inc., where she served in a variety of senior positions, most recently as SVP of Voice Services.
In addition to her career at Level 3, Baack also worked at PaineWebber Incorporated as Vice President of Principal Transactions where she invested proprietary private equity capital in the communications sector.
She is a supporter for gender equality and has helped drive the change at Equinix to transform it into one of the most diversified colocation organisations in business today.
