Do you know a Data Economy millennial who deserves recognition?

The data centre and cloud industries are full of hidden talent and at Data Economy, the leading IT infrastructure news source, we want to shine a light on some of the bright minds that are driving the sector today and will lead it tomorrow.

According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, by 2030, 75% of the global workforce will be composed of today’s millennials.

The shift has already begun and we have seen tremendous achievements from those aged below 30.

As part of the next Data Economy magazine issue, we want to define the young people who are leading the data centre and cloud industries in a new innovative direction.

Be it through technological breakthroughs, business acumen, political guidance or exceptional marketing.

The 30 individuals will be profiled in the global Data Economy magazine which will be launched at the Datacloud Nordic 2017 congress in Oslo on October 30.

“Throughout our first year online we came across many interesting and visionary young people,” Data Economy’s editor João Marques Lima. “However, the overall feeling is that there is a lot of hidden talent that has not been given an opportunity to stand out, and that is particularly even more worrying in the data centre scene.

“It is to that extent that we are asking our hundreds of thousands of readers to help us find those 30 under 30 industry transformers to help showcase the young minds swiping the sector and the huge diverse pool of talent that exists today.”
