Anexio enters Los Angeles market with enterprise data center services acquisition
Transaction will help to expand reach into a large customer base, especially around the Media & Entertainment industry.
“Desktop to data centre” infrastructure-as-a-service company Anexio has acquired the assets of LA-based Net Data Centers expanding its reach in California by adding hosting floor space and a customer base of nearly 200 enterprises.
By acquiring the privately held company, Anexio will be adding 3MW of power and two data centres to its portfolio.
The transaction will also enable the expansion of the company’s LightSpeed network density by integrating over 100 additional interconnections.
This is Anexio’s fifth acquisition in four years and it is immediately accretive and cash flow positive to the company’s bottom line. Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
Anexio operates today eight data centres certified with Tier III SOC-2 standards.
